Terms of business

This document together with an Engagement Letter and, where applicable, any subsequent Confirmation Letter, forms the Contract between the specific Kelly Partners office delivering the services (referred to as ‘KELLY + PARTNERS’ ‘We’, ‘Us’ and ‘Our’) and our client (referred to as “you” or “your”). The terms defined in the Engagement or Confirmation Letter have the same meaning in these Terms of Business.

Leadership

Leading a team of more than 200 highly skilled professionals, Kelly+Partners’ corporate structure comprises two levels of management oversight. The Board and Senior Executive team is led by Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO Brett Kelly, and the individual operating businesses are managed by the Senior Client Directors / Owners in each location.

History

Kelly+Partners was founded in 2006 by Brett Kelly with his wife, Rebecca Kelly.  The first partners were Scott Elwin (Central Coast office), Craig Bullock and Ada Poon (North Sydney office) who met while working together. All four of them believed there was an opportunity to create a specialist accounting, taxation and audit firm focused on private businesses and their owners in Sydney in the style of a Swiss private bank, providing a coordinated, personal, excellent and discrete service.
