A collection of small businesses

While a Brand that is growing, the Kelly+Partners firms are 49% owned by the Owner Client Directors that operate them.

Each office is an independent, small / mid-sized business.

Owner Client Directors live in the communities they serve and are committed to making a positive impact locally – from providing great professional advice, customer service and job opportunities, to supporting local charities and other ways of giving back.

Freedom within a framework

We pay special attention to how our Clients are similar – and how they are different too. 

For that reason, offices have some latitude when it comes to services, marketing, community involvement and local business management.

Intellectual property

Over the past 11 years, the Company has developed intellectual property which it can deploy across the Kelly+Partners network. At its core, these products fit into two broad categories:

  • 'Integrated Advice Model' – consists of a detailed and proven process to assess and optimise the financial management of Private Clients, Private Businesses, Wealth Management, SMSF, Estate Planning, and Family Office Services.
  •  'Flight Plan' – a system which sets out a clear pathway for clients to:

    • get control of their financial universe
    • understand their financial objectives
